HUMMERDRENG is a rapper and producer from Aalborg who loves blasting speakers and making your heart pump. The person behind the project is Martin Nielsen, who creates hip-hop about the balance between masculinity and femininity, growing up, and the need to challenge, explore, and stand up for oneself. His music is full of energy—completely smashed yet simultaneously sensitive and soft. HUMMERDRENG uses music to stir up the masculine rap culture and challenge hip-hop norms with energetic, flamboyant, and over-the-top performances.

Not everyone can own up to their mistakes. Few would stand on a mountaintop and shout them to the world. But northern Jutland rapper Aage G isn’t afraid to admit his mistakes in song form, while also delivering a proper verbal beatdown to those who have crossed him. Aage steps over boundaries with a smile on his face, writing personal lyrics that most will probably relate to. When he had trouble talking to his friends about his problems in high school, he turned to paper and wrote rhymes instead. That’s why he's now as sharp as a razor in expressing himself through music. The energy is high, with fast and humorous bars set to smashed old-school inspired beats, and Aage G will never compromise.
