We’re repeating last year’s huge success and holding the Study Start Party 2024 once again in the heart of Aalborg, and we need your help!

The Study Start Party is organized by the Studentersamfundet and executed by a subcommittee (SSFU). The committee consists of main organizers and several co-organizers responsible for different subgroups, including:

• Purchasing / Bar
• Electricity / Facilities
• Sound & Lighting
• Artists
• Media / PR
• Volunteers
• Security
• Finances
• Cleanup

As a responsible person for the Study Start Party, you can be in charge of one or more areas, and you’ll set the agenda 🔥

This year’s main organizers are:

• Mathias Ingemann Nielsen

• There will be dinner, so keep an eye out for a registration link :)

Finally, as a responsible person, you will be invited to an evaluation of the event itself, which usually gets pretty wild. Last year, we sent 24 people to go-karting, padel, laser tag, and enjoyed free pizza/cocktails... 😎
